Position: Community Health Worker

Duties
You will perform the following duties as required:
Translate current diabetes research reports into accessible, plain-language community education materials
- Assists health and community groups to improve the health of individuals and the community by raising awareness of healthy lifestyles, disease and other health-related issues
- Ensure all content is evidence-based, culturally appropriate, and reviewed for accuracy
- Assist the team to deliver community workshops, information sessions, and presentations based on evidence-based research findings
